The Biskiel people (ビスキール人, Bisukīru-jin) are a race of people that appear in Genso Suikoden Tierkreis Hoshikuzu no Shiro.

Information

Cario, one of the Biskiel

The Biskiel are known for their silver hair and silver eyes. Some of them were even feared as demons due to their intense physical appearance.

The Biskiel were not native to their current world, their city of Rockstrum having survived the process of world fusion, taking the few remaining Biskiel to their new world. As such, the ratio of Biskiel to humans is approximately 1:100.

They were known as a wise people, with the ability to draw power from Chronicles, and in their previous world, held a great deal of pride in the power that brought them. The Council was their supreme decision-making body. Following world fusion, it is unknown what happened to the Council as only two members were known; Cario and Skyle, though Cario is still referred to as a councilor by other Biskiel.

The Biskiel tend not to have children and none are younger than Cario. This is generally because of a fatalistic view that the Biskiel are fated to die out.
