Zexen script is a writing system seen in Suikoden III. It is frequently seen on signs, maps and crests in the game, especially in locations pertaining to the Zexen Federation.
Zexen script is merely a simple substitution cipher for the Latin alphabet and as such, is generally readable. Visually, it seems to be influenced by Blackletter script, which was popular in Europe in the Middle Ages.
