Seneca (セネカ, Seneka) is a major character from Suikoden Tactics. She was the Princess of the Kooluk Empire who became a target for several factions towards the end of the Empire's existence.

Biography

Seneca was someone who worked under Walter in the Scarlet Moon Empire and aided in his investigation of Rune Cannons following his exile. She had a refreshing, care-free personality, which contrasted greatly with that of her companion, Andarc, who she would constantly tease.

She had helped to take care of Walter's son, Kyril, from a young age and after Walter's death, abided by his wishes to continue to help him. She would continue to accompany Kyril on his journeys throughout the Island Nations and the Kooluk Empire. Kyril regarded her as something of a mother and older sister figure, although Seneca took umbrage to the mother comparison due to her age.

As the group travelled together, she would begin to develop feeling for Andarc.
