One day, Lin Shao was killed in a duel and his body returned to his daughter. Since then, taking his beloved sword as her own, Liu Mei swore to gain revenge on her father's killer. Liu Mei (リュウメイ, Ryuumei) is a character who appears in Genso Suikoden Short Story Collection 4. She apprenticed under Genshu for a time.
Biography
Liu Mei was the daughter of Liu Shao, who was famed as a master duelist in his homeland. Her mother died while Liu Mei was young and so her father was her only family. One day, Lin Shao was killed in a duel and his body returned to his daughter. Since then, taking his beloved sword as her own, Liu Mei swore to gain revenge on her father's killer. She would eventually encounter Genshu and after pestering him repeatedly, finally became his student.
Later, she would discover that Hong Long had killed her father, noticing that his latest victim's body had been desecrated in the same manner as her father's. With Genshu's help, she was able to defeat Hong Long and avenge her father.
