Biography
Suikoden II
|
Teresa Wisemail is the daughter of Alec Wisemail, the mayor of Greenhill City. As Alec became gravely ill, Teresa took over his duties, gaining a large amount of popularity and becoming an icon for the town. Following her father's death, she refused the position of mayor and so the townspeople created the office of acting mayor for her.
During the Dunan Unification War, the Highland Kingdom was able to capture Greenhill without much difficulty; however, Teresa was able to get away and hid in the forests behind Greenhill. The New State Army would eventually smuggle her out and she swore that she would return.
As a member of the New State Army, Teresa participated in battle and accompanied Riou to Muse in an unsuccessful attempt to negotiate a peace treaty. After Greenhill had been liberated, Teresa remained with the New State Army throughout the war.
Following the war, Teresa became mayor of Greenhill and made peace with the nearby Karaya Clan before later becoming the President of the newly formed Dunan Republic.
