Nirva Island (ニルバ島, Niruba Tou) is a location in Suikoden V. It is an important island that forms part of the trade route between the Island Nations Federation and the Queendom of Falena.
Information
Nirva Island is located on the sea route connecting the Island Nations Federation and the Queendom of Falena. The island has developed as an independent trading city, specializing in serving as a relay point for supply ships as well as a tourist destination for its Great Lighthouse. As the island lies along several trading routes, ships of many different countries visit the island. This bustling trade has led to the island's harbor being expanded significantly.
During the Sun Rune War, the Great Lighthouse on Nirva would be taken over by pirates trying to secure the release of their incarcerated captain. Their plot would be foiled by the Prince of Falena and Bernadette Egan, with the aid of Chisato.
The island lies far enough from Falena that the Elmelark at Estrise is one of the few ways to travel there. Even Viki's blinking magic does not reach that far.
