Pablo (パブロ, Paburo) is a supporting character in Suikoden IV and Suikoden Tactics. Pablo is a man passionate about Rune Cannon development and research.
Biography

Pablo was responsible for the Rune Cannon control room on board the Headquarters Ship and was the ship's resident expert on the weapons. He had poured his heart and soul into the study of Rune Cannons and especially looked up to Warlock, the original creator of the weapons. He was usually quite blunt and unfriendly to people but his personality would completely shift when the conversation would turn to Rune Cannons.
Once the Headquarters Ship left the Kingdom of Obel, Pablo was in charge of maintaining the Rune Cannons installed on the ship. Once Warlock also joined the crew of the ship, he would attempt to study under him and learn as much as he could, despite Warlock's extreme reluctance to divulge any information on the weapons he regretted creating.
Following the Island Liberation War, with the sudden death of Warlock, Pablo returned to studying Rune Cannons alone, even as they began to vanish from the world.
