Schtolteheim Reinbach II (シュトルテハイム・ラインバッハ2世, Shutorutehaimu Rainbahha 2-sei) is a minor character in Suikoden IV and Suikoden Tactics. Reinbach II is the lord of Middleport and father of Schtolteheim Reinbach III.

Schtolteheim Reinbach II was the nobleman who governed Middleport as the second generation head of the Reinbach family. When Middleport was forced to declare independence from the Dukedom of Gaien following occupation by the Kooluk Empire, Reinbach II was able to develop the town greatly, gaining him the trust of the people under his rule.
Although he appeared to be a worthy, if haughty, lord on the surface, much of his fortune and Middleport's prosperity stemmed from his secretive trading of rune cannon material and ammunition to any and all interested parties.
