Arthur (アーサー, Āsā) is a supporting character in Suikoden III. Arthur is a reporter, always on the look-out for scoops and stories.

Arthur holds a dream of becoming a newspaper reporter, hoping to create a record of the times he lived in. With his soul burning with the desire to find a scoop, he is always first on the scene should he hear about any newsworthy incident. He met Hugo while investigating the secret passage out of Brass Castle and subsequently joined the Fire Bringer.
At Budehuc Castle, he worked on the wall newspaper there, covering many events of the War of the Champions as well as gossip and rumours that had caught on in the castle. Kidd disproved of him, feeling that detectives and reporters were natural enemies and that earning a living writing about private lives was wrong.
Following the war, Arthur continued to travel, tracking down stories to report on.
