Circle Rune
The Circle Rune (円の紋章, En no Monshou) is one of the 27 True Runes. It is the rune of Hikusaak, High Priest of the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia.
Information
The Circle Rune is said to be able to administer Dharma, creating both order and stagnation. The rune is borne by Hikusaak, High Priest of the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia. As for its more specific abilities, nothing is known.
