Biography
|

Maas was the apprentice of the legendary blacksmith, Mace but still considered himself a beginner. McDohl found Maas working in the Great Forest Village and allowed an eager Maas to join the fledgling Toran Liberation Army.
When Meese heard Maas had joined the Liberation Army, he also agreed to join, citing Maas' opinion. Later, along with Mose, the three blacksmiths was able to convince Moose - the best of Mace's students - to join the war effort. Reunited, the four apprentices would later find their old master hiding away at Seek Valley. Together, they were able to convince Mace to come out of retirement and serve the Toran Liberation Army.
Following the Gate Rune War, dissatisfied with his work, Maas redoubled his efforts to become a better blacksmith.
