Doraat Fortress (ドラート要塞, Dorāto Jōsai) is a location seen in Suikoden V. It is a huge fortress town located in the Queendom of Falena.

Information

Doraat is a castle town surrounded by a truly imposing wall, gaining it a reputation as an impregnable fortress town. Located in western Falena on the banks of the Feitas River, Doraat is also the second largest Godwin stronghold after Stormfist itself.

Throughout the Sun Rune War, it would prove be a particularly difficult target for the Imperial City Recapture Army to take but the cruel treatment of its citizens by Childerich, despite Doraat's high levels of loyalty to the Godwin regime, would eventually fuel a rebellion that saw the city decisively switch sides during the conflict.
