Information

Sanchez mentioned that the Toran Liberation Army paid a lot of money in order to obtain the blueprint for the Fire Spear from the Dwarf Mines.

As the Chief of the Dwarves welcomes the Liberation Army to the Dwarf Mines upon meeting in the Village of the Dwarves, it is possible that the two places are one and the same.
