The Dragon's Den, as well as being the entryway to the domain of the Dragon Knights, is where the dragons themselves reside. The entryway is guarded by a gatekeeper. Passage through the den is usually restricted but security was made even tighter during the Gate Rune War when not even the Emperor was permitted to enter[1]. There is also a secret passage allowing one entry to the den, hidden behind a rock by the entrance[2].
Although the term "Dragon's Den" usually refers to the cave itself, sometimes the entire Dragon Knights domain is styled as the "Dragon's Den."[3] The knights themselves are also sometimes referred to as the "Knights of the Dragon's Den."[4]
