Biography
Suikoden II
|
Tessai was a blacksmith who by the time of the Dunan Unification War found himself jaded and uninspired, looked for a sword to inspire him[1]. When he noticed that Viktor wielded the Star Dragon Sword, his passion returned and he begged to join the New State Army in order to work on the sword[2].
Following the Dunan Unification War, Tessai's stock as a blacksmith rose considerably. He continued to work at the New State Army Headquarters[3].
Personality and Traits
Tessai had an apprentice in Kuskus, and had remarked on his improving skills[4].
Tessai was highly reverential towards the Star Dragon Sword, treating him with the respect the sword felt he deserved[5]. In fact, his fawning kept the sword from destroying the smithery in Kuskus[6].
