The Water Vein (地下水脈, Chika Suimyaku) is a location in Suikoden V. It is a series of tunnels created by the cave dwarves. Although it is mandatory in Chapter 5, a small portion in Yashuna Village can be accessed during Chapter 4.
Information
This underground water vein was created as a result of the cave dwarves mining. One such tunnel ran from the Dwarf Camp all the way to the Deep Twilight Forest and could be accessed by Gunde's minecart.[1]
Another part of the water vein stretched to the hot springs water source for Yashuna Village in the east. It was damaged by the mining, threatening the survival of the inns who relied on the hot springs but the source would be repaired by the apologetic dwarves before the end of the Sun Rune War.[2]
