Julie Latkje (ユーリ・ラトキ工, Yūri Latkje) is a character in Genso Suikogaiden Volume 1 and Genso Suikogaiden Volume 2. Julie is the younger sister of Nash Latkje and one of the targets of Zaj Quiroz's machinations.
