Kersius (ケルシウス, Kerushiusu) is a supporting character in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. He is an Ionian ninja and one of the game's 13 unmet Stars.

History

These training exercises were run by a noble named Kersius, who can be considered the founder of the Ionian style of ninjutsu...

—  Regius

Kersius was a nobleman of the Holy Empire of Ionia and the originator of Ionian-style ninjutsu. In the past, because ninjutsu was deeply rooted in Yuga cultural tradition, it was very difficult for outsiders to learn. Kersisus adapted ninjutsu so even Ionians could learn it.

Following the foundation of this new style of ninjutsu, Kersius began training ninja at what would become the Peft Ruins. Some of his old tools would be uncovered there in HIY 300 by the ninja of the Company, allowing them to learn Kersius' skills, evidentially proving that he was also a a Starbearer.

In a branch of the Infinity where the chains of causality had been broken, Kersius accompanied Chikura and the other Yuga on their journey to the old Yuga homeland to further his research on ninjutsu. It is unknown if anything ever came of it.
