Luo-Tao (ルオ・タウ, Ruo Tau) is a character in Suikoden Tierkreis. Luo-Tao is a dutiful member of the Scribes.

History

Luo-Tao was a young Scribe who served as a close aide to Elder Lao-Kwan. He held a calm and rational demeanor and so, when the other Scribes took time to accept Liu-Shen as Lao-Kwan's successor following her death, Luo-Tao quickly recognized Liu's position and left the Noslaw Woods to support him.

As a member of the Company, Luo-Tao placed a high level of trust in Liu. He would admonish Mun-Tsang, starkly contrasting the attributes that led Lao-Kwan to support Liu over Mun-Tsang, even if their goals were similar. He was also understanding of Liu's own difficulties in adapting to his new position.

Luo-Tao also held the unique ability to 'locate' Chronicles, demonstrating this ability when the Company races to uncover new Chronicles as they appeared following world fusion, such as in the Janam Desert or the Other Cynas.

Following the war, he continued to work with Liu, living in Cynas with his fellow Scribes. He would work hard to help the Scribes live with other races in harmony.
