Characters with an Attack of 3 or more cannot be used. The opponent of the player who clears the Mission must discard 1 card from their hand at random.

Trivia

The artwork shows Mondo and Millie who are appearently currently on a reconnaissance mission. This event has no real background in the original game.
As Mondo has an attack of 3, as seen in this card, Mondo would not be eligible to play on this mission, despite being represented on the card.
