Bolgan (ボルガン, Borugan) is a character in Suikoden II who also appears in Gensosuikogaiden Volume 2. Bolgan is a circus performer who journeys with Rina and Eilie.

Bolgan is a young man who performs a circus act as a fire-breather. Previously, Bolgan was in another circus, where he learned how to use a Fire Breath Rune. However, Bolgan ran away from the circus after enduring bullying there, with Eilie's aid and began traveling with Rina and Eilie.
The trio's travels eventually took them to Ryube Village in the City-State of Jowston, where they met the hero. After briefly traveling together in order to traverse the dangerous North Sparrow Pass, Bolgan and his sisters joined the New State Army after reuniting with the hero in Coronet.
