Fu Tan Chen (フー・タンチェン, Fū Tanchen) is a character from Suikoden II. He is the vibrant host of the cook-off contests.

Biography

Fu Tan Chen was the host of the cook-offs which took place between Hai Yo and his various challengers at the New State Army Headquarters. He would liven up the crowd with his energetic performances but judges would sometimes take umbrage to some of his comments.
