Angry Dragon Rune
The Angry Dragon Rune (乱れ竜の紋章, Midare Ryū no Monshō) is a rune which appears in Suikoden II and Suikoden V.
Information
This rune was borne by the bodyguard Oulan during the Dunan Unification War. The rune allowed its bearer to attack with a great many turbulent blows, inflicting twice the normal damage.
Normally, the rune could only be used once per battle. But when enraged, the rune could be used indefinitely. Equipping a rune such as the Fury Rune alongside it would make the Angry Dragon Rune always available.
