Starmaster (星主 Hoshi Shu) is a term used by Fukien to refer to the hero's status as the Tenkai Star.
Suikoden
The term Starmaster is only used twice; once by Fukien upon meeting the hero for the first time and again by Viktor immediately following the initial reference. It is said that the 108 Stars were destined to gather under the Starmaster. Whether the term is synonymous with the Tenkai Star or refers to some other aspect of the stars of destiny is unknown.
