Kevin (ケヴィン, Kevuin) is a supporting character in Suikoden IV. Kevin runs a cafe on Iluya Island along with his wife, Pam.
Biography

Kevin was a man who ran a cafe on Iluya Island alongside his wife, Pam, prior to the Island Liberation War. Generally a very serious man, Kevin also held a unusually strong passion for food, especially steamed buns, the cafe's speciality.
When the Kooluk Empire fired their giant Rune Cannon at Iluya, both Kevin and Pam were washed out to sea before eventually washing up on Nay Island. The two would spend their time convalescing in Nay and, wanting to help fight the Kooluk, Kevin would agree to join the Headquarters Ship upon his recovery. On board ship, he would run a restaurant, serving food to the ship's crew with pride.
Following the war, Kevin would return to Iluya alongside Pam and reopened their cafe as part of the reconstruction efforts there.
