Assam (アッサム, Assamu) is a character in Gensosuikoden Short Story Collection 1. He was a legal officer within the Scarlet Moon Empire who conspired with Geil Rugner to steal the throne from Barbarosa Rugner.

Biography

Assam was a legal officer within the Scarlet Moon Empire at the time of the War of Succession. He was also a close confidant and subordinate of Geil Rugner and a key member of his faction during the civil war. As part of his role before and during the War of Succession, he spent resources influencing members of the Imperial Court and also had Teo McDohl command an expedition, which successfully kept him away from Gregminster as Geil became Emperor.
