Tongatihi (トンガチヒ, Tongachihi) is a minor character in Suikoden Tierkreis. Tongatihi is a wanderer who specializes in the art of window-making.

Biography
Tongatihi was a relatively well-known wanderer. In his youth, he had been a highly successful trader, being able to retire at a young age with enough wealth to last several lifetimes. Since then, he had dedicated his time to his true passion; windows.
He was discovered in the Corridor, attempting to install windows there but to little avail. Tongatihi often suffered from headaches, caused by thinking too much about things, in this case his window research. He would commission the Company to gather information on windows from other worlds in the hopes of realizing his dream.
When the Company pointed out to Tongatihi that windows and Gateways were essentially one and the same anyway, the slightly embarrassed Tongatihi, who had not noticed the similarity, agreed to join the Company to build their windows.
Following the war, it is said that he continued to design and install windows to his hearts content during the reconstruction of Cynas.
