Shahrewar (シャスレワール, Shasurewāru) is a background character mentioned in Suikoden V. She was the eldest daughter of Queen Olhazeta and Crown Princess of Falena prior to the succession struggles which plagued the nation.

History

Shahrewar was the sister of Falzrahm and the mother of Haswar. She was also the eldest daughter of Queen Olhazeta, making her the successor to throne of Falena.

However, over the years, Falzrahm would try and usurp this position and undermine Shahrewar's claims to the throne. When their mother died, their feud turned into a bloody succession conflict, rife with assassinations and murders. Eventually, Shahrewar would tire of all the bloodshed, including the death of her husband, Mardas, and would cede the throne to her sister.

Falzrahm, paranoid and not trusting her defeated sister, would have her assassinated by Nether Gate soon afterwards.
