The Republican Congress (共和議会 Kyouwa Gikai) is a government body founded following the end of the Gate Rune War and the formation of the Toran Republic.
Following the foundation of the Republican Congress it was Warren who took up the position as the first Chairman of the new body.

- Without delving too far into speculation, the deliberate choice of the term "Congress" implies that this body makes up the legislative branch of the Toran Republican government. It also, to a degree, can be said to showcase the idea of each region being a self-governing area under the greater scope of the Toran Republic.
