Gouran

Gouran (ゴウラン Gouran) is a region of the Toran Republic, and its predecessor, the Scarlet Moon Empire. It is located to the south of the region of Arus.

Due to the winds blowing south from Lake Toran, Gouran has a slightly harsher climate than other areas in the Toran region.
