The Glacial Cave (氷結洞, Hyōketsu Hora) is a location in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. It is a frozen cave located on Mt. Hioni.

Information
Situated close to Hioni Village atop Mt. Hioni, this frozen mountain cavern was used by the Vermilion Axe during their western advance.
Their occupation of the cave and previous rampage through Hioni Village was explicitly a trap used in an attempt to bait the Holy Empire of Ionia's 3rd Branch into pursuing there whereupon they would be ambushed by the insurgents and their Teras Pharma.
The Company would thwart this plan by uncovering the entrance to the cave with Luseri's help and defeating the Teras Pharma within. Following this the Vermilion Axe would withdraw from the area, continuing their southern advance.
In HIY 200, the featherfolk jongleur Kookaburra would fall here, nearly meeting his end. Luckily, he was saved by his good friend Sorab and left his notes behind for Meamei to learn from a century later. During the same period, Dagzuma also had the Company retrieve a piece of cryolite from the area in order to aid her armor research.
