The Exertion Rune (どりよくの紋章, Doriyoku no Monshō) is a rune which appears in Suikoden II.

Information

This rune could not be borne by an individual, and had to be attached to a weapon. This rune had the ability of increasing the attack power of the weapon user as the battle steadily progressed.

The warrior Hix used this rune to great effect during the Dunan Unification War.

Weapon Effect
1	Exertion Rune ATK * (1 + 0.20 * (number of battle rounds) ) until the multiplier reaches 2.2 on the 6th round. This means the bearer starts the battle with ATK x1.2.
