Neira (ネイラ, Neira) is a supporting character in Suikoden Tierkreis. Neira is the leader of the Porpos-kin and is apparently in contact with their guardian deity, Ninulneda. Her in-game title is SeaGod Priestess.

Biography

Porpos-kin leader and priestess to Sea God Ninulneda, tribal guardian deity. Sometimes taken over by the Sea God's spirit. —  Neira's profile

Neira is the leader of the Porpos-kin as well as the priestess to the Sea God Ninulneda, considered to be the guardian deity of all Porpos-kin. She is normally quiet and elegant, but transforms completely into a loud, vengeful personality when Ninulneda descends on her.

After the Company aided the Porpos-kin in recovering the Chronicle of the Cerulean Flux from the Order, Neira agreed to align with the Company against their common foe. She fought alongside the Company, taking an active role in many missions, most particularly the mission to rescue Sophia.

Following the war, she retired from her position as leader in order to devote herself fully to Ninulneda. There was also some suspicion that her "possession" by Ninulneda was fraudulent, as these moments often occurred at very convenient moments. Anya attempted to investigate this, but could not come to any conclusion.
