Gary (ゲイリー, Geirī) is a supporting character in Suikoden IV and Suikoden Tactics. Gary is the husband of Ema and a believer in justice.

Biography

The Kooluk's evil deeds are unforgivable! I will be praying that you will be victorious!

Gary was a man who travelled the Island Nations together with his wife, Ema. The couple arrived at the Kingdom of Obel shortly before it was occupied by the Kooluk Empire. Gary's strong character and sense of justice meant that he turned down the chance to escape the island, choosing instead to remain and offer support to Princess Flare and the people of Obel.

Once Obel was liberated, he would join the hero and help to fight the Kooluk Empire. Following the Island Liberation War, he and Ema would begin a journey towards the Scarlet Moon Empire, hoping to find a place to settle down.
