It is a strong piece of armour available in the first half of the game.
Information
These boots are considered to be of quite excellent make. Despite its name, these boots do not seem to grant any magical effect but they are very stable boots, making them useful in combat as they help the wearer's stability. Unfortunately, those does not seem to be any craftsman able to make such boots at this time.
During the Gate Rune War, some lucky people who defeated the Phantom monster may have obtained a pair of these boots.
