Revolving Bridge (回転橋, Kaiten-bashi) is a location that appears in Suikoden V. It is a large, gear-powered bridge that divides Barows Faction and Godwin Faction lands.
Information
The Revolving Bridge was a large bridge connecting the eastern Barows Faction and western Godwin Faction territories. It was of an ingenious design with exposed gears courtesy of its designer, Babbage, who specialized in the field. It was originally built for the internal defense of Falena and as such could only be turned from the Godwin side.
When the Sun Rune War broke out, the Revolving Bridge's significance was recognized by the nascent Imperial City Recapture Army and with Babbage's help they were able to infiltrate the bridge and remove the gear vital to its operation so that the Godwins could not use the bridge.
