Balandran (バランダン, Barandan) is a character in Gensosuikoden Tierkreis Hoshikuzu no Shiro.
Biography
Balandran was a pirate notorious for focusing his attacks on other, vicious, pirates. As such, he was known as "Cannibal Balandran" and was feared by other brigands.
He met Tosh and the others when together they sank a pirate ship that tried to attack the Denbane vigilante corps' vessel. Balandran was also the first person to teach Tosh and the others about the existence of the Order.
Balandran was considered a "defensive mage" and held the ability to neutralize opponent's mages, becoming the key to the Star Corps defense alongside Rio once he became a Starbearer. Although a pirate, he was a mature adult, knowledgeable, and able to make calm decisions.
In the final battle with the One King, he would reach the top of the Order Pillar alongside his daughter, Tita. Both would be killed.
