The Shining Wind Rune (光る風の紋章, Hikarukaze no Monshō) is a rune which appears in Suikoden II and Suikoden III.

Information

A unique rune borne by both Feather. It grants the Shining Wind wind-element attack which upgrades (single, horizontal row, whole) as the magic level of the bearer grows.
