Morgan (モーガン, Mōgan) is a supporting character in Suikoden. Morgan is a blind, former gladiator who currently studies at Qlon Temple.

The light in my eyes has faded, but the light in my soul continues to shine.

Morgan was encountered by the Toran Liberation Army studying at Qlon Temple due to, as he described it, special circumstances^[1]. There, Morgan told Tir McDohl that he had been born blind^[2] and when asked, agreed to join the Liberation Army, saying he could see a big sky behind Tir^[3]. He would also remark that despite his blindness he could see better than others^[4].

Following the end of the Gate Rune War, Morgan returned to Qlon Temple in order to resume his studies there^[5].
