The Chronicle of Fierce Regalia (苛烈なる象徴の書, Karetsunaru Shōchō no Sho) is a Chronicle, a critical item in Suikoden Tierkreis. It is the surviving record of a world consumed by the One King.

Information

This Chronicle is a dark-looking tome.

The Chronicle of Fierce Regalia is the surviving Chronicle of a world where the Nameless Hero attempted to combine the power of the 108 Stars to prevent the arrival of the One King.

This Chronicle was originally in the hands of the Order of the One True Way, where it was used to influence the True Chronicle and bring about a world fusion. It would then end up in the hands of the United Kingdom of Ritterschild, who were able to use its knowledge to develop gun technology.

Some decades ago it was taken by the Magedom of Janam during a conflict between the two countries. Since then, the Chronicle had been extensively researched by the Arcane Academy at El-Qaral, resulting in many magical innovations. Even once relations began to improve between Janam and Ritterschild, the Chronicle would remain in El Qaral.

Its research seemingly exhausted, it would be gifted by Danash VIII to the hero, partly in the hope that he would wring new information from the seemingly-depleted tome.

Ritterschild would send agents from its infamous Belfar Agency to reclaim the Chronicle. They would ally with the hero, supporting his fight against the Order of the One True Way. Following the end of the war, Minen would take the Chronicle back to Ritterschild, jump-starting gun research in the nation once again.

The original lands where the Chronicle of Fierce Regalia came from and what became of its survivors, if any, is unknown.
