Vinay del Zexay (ビネ・デル・ゼクセ, Bine Deru Zekuse) is a location in Suikoden III. It is the capital city of the Zexen Federation.

The capital of the Zexen Federation, Vinay del Zexay boasts a modern city skyline as well as a beautiful harbor. Vinay del Zexay's theme in Suikoden III is the eponymous song "Vinay del Zexay", which is song 11 on disc 1 of the Gensosuikoden III Original Game Soundtrack. It begins with a 40-second crescendo before flowing into the city theme itself.
