Lelcar (レルカー, Rerukā) is a location seen in Suikoden V. It is a city in the southern part of the Queendom of Falena.

Located in southern Falena, Lelcar is a town built across three sandbanks, each connected by bridge. Although one city, the atmosphere of each islet varies greatly.

The town was formerly administered by Lord De Beers but following their retreat from the city, the three sandbanks had become virtually autonomous. Orok ran the Western Islet, Wasil ran the Central Islet, and Volga ran the Eastern Islet. Each leader supported different factions in the Sun Rune War, leading to much acrimony.

Following the razing of Lelcar by the Godwin Faction, the three islets would unite in response, backing the Prince of Falena in the Sun Rune War.
