Rakgi's father (ラクジーの父, Rakujī no chichi) is a minor character in Suikoden IV. He is the unnamed father of Rakgi who perished due to the Rune of Punishment some years before the beginning of the game.

The husband of Rikie and the father of Rakgi, Rakgi's father ended up inheriting the Rune of Punishment under unknown circumstances while out on a fishing trip.
Burdened by the True Rune and unwilling to put his family in danger by remaining in proximity to them, he would leave set off on a journey alone to protect them.
The curse of the rune would eventually overtake him and he would die in a distant land. Years later, Rakgi's father would appear as a memory of the past to the newest bearer of the rune.
