In defeat, it could occasionally drop the very rare [[Resurrection Rune]].

Whip Wolf (ウィップマン, Uippuman, Whip Man) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden.

Whip Wolves usually appear in command of a group of Hell Hounds. As the Whip Wolf's task is usually to command his hounds, you can safely take out his more powerful minions first before turning your attention to the master himself.
