Lo Wen (ロウエン, Rouen) is a character in Suikoden II who also appears in Genso Suikogaiden Volume 2. She is a member of the Lampdragon Bandits who was kidnapped by Neclord.
Biography

Lo Wen is a member of the Lampdragon Bandits. She once lived in Two River City, but after it was discovered that she was embezzling money from one of the members of the 3 Houses of Parliment in Two River, she had to leave town in a hurry[1].
During the Dunan Unification War, Lo Wen was taken captive by Neclord's forces as they invaded Tinto Principality. After being rescued, she, along with Gijimu and Koyu , joined the New State Army.
Following the war, Lo Wen returned to Two River, where she lived happily, opening a restaurant[2] and thus fulfilling a dream[3].
