The New Capital Calendar (新都暦, Shintoreki) is the calendar used by the Queendom of Falena in Suikoden V. It is the second most frequently referenced calendar in the series after the Harmonian Solar calendar.
Information
The New Capital Calendar was established in the Queendom of Falena in SY 212, with that year being designated as NCC 0. The calendar commemorates the years since the capital of Falena was transferred from the city of Stormfist to the present capital of Sol-Falena.
The New Capital Calendar is sometimes referred to as the Khorshed calendar, referencing the Queen of Falena who brought in the new calendar.
