Ouragan (ウラガン, Uragan) is a character in Suikoden Tierkreis. Ouragan is a professional killer who enjoys the perks of his job more than the work itself.
History
Ouragan lived his life as an assassin and was hired to kill Icas by an underworld boss due to an unspecified incident involving Icas' proclivities.
However, Ouragan had no strong motivation to complete the job, finding an assassin based on a jilted relationship unfulfilling. Instead, he lazily followed Icas while enjoy the sightseeing spots and attractions of the western continent.
Although he had come into conflict with the Company, who were protecting Icas, on several occasions, Ouragan would eventually join the group, ostensibly to "keep an eye" on his alleged target. He would never make any overtures towards completing his task.
After the war, Ouragan would continue his tourism, fulfilling his dream of eating Pekklar meat in front of the Pillar of Spirits, he belatedly set off to continue his pursuit of Icas.
