The Mist Shade (ミストシェイド, Misutosheido) is a boss enemy which appears in Suikoden II.

Information

This mist monster was well feared by people living near the North Sparrow Pass early in the Dunan Unification War. It sometimes appeared in the form of a demonic man and sometimes as a naked female. Both forms are made of wind and the Mist Shade had no solid form in either guise, nor did its abilities differ on its form, save for the woman version being skilled at using attack magic.

The monster was killed by the future leader of the New State Army and Rina's travelling troupe as they journeyed to Kyaro Town.
