Vandam (バンダム, Bandamu) is a minor character in Gensosuikogaiden Volume 2. He was the commander of the garrison at Caleria.
Biography
Vandam was the commander of Caleria, which lies on the border with the Grassland. When Nash Latkje was imprisoned on false charges, Vandam was on a mission at a different stronghold, precluding his involvement. In comparison to Barge, who replaced him while he was away, Vandam was both talented and popular.
