Lilan (リーラン, Rīran) is a minor character in Suikoden IV. Lilan is the youngest of the five mermaid sisters.

Biography

I is swimming and suddenly a net came along and I is catched I is surprised —  Lilan

Lilan was the youngest of the five mermaid sisters who were separated and forced into hiding when Cray Trading Company began its mermaid-hunting activities in the Island Nations region. Following this, she attempted to find her sisters again, making her way across the Kuknasi Sea.

She would be caught up in Shiramine's nets aboard the Headquarters Ship when they were both making their way through the waters near Nay Island. Her accidental capture would prove to be a blessing in disguise as she was reunited with her sister Lilin, who was already a member of the ship's crew. Lilan would then join the ship's crew to remain close to her sisters and would work in the accessory shop on board.

Following the Island Liberation War, reunited with her four sisters, Lilan would return to the Deserted Island with her siblings.
